What’s Included My Purchase?

What you receive depends on the specific WiseParent product or collection you purchased.

The easiest way to confirm your purchase is to check your order confirmation or receipt, then compare it with the options below.

Behavior & Discipline

If you purchased Behavior & Discipline, your purchase includes access to your Say This, Not That Behavior & Discipline content.

Inside your access area, you can use your interactive cards and available implementation resources, including audio where included with your purchase.

Audiobook & Implementation Guides

If you purchased the audiobooks, the audio experience lets you hear the scripts read aloud with coaching on tone, timing, and delivery.

You can listen while:

  • Driving

  • Walking

  • Doing things around the house

  • Waiting during school pickup

  • Preparing for a parenting situation that comes up often

This gives you another way to become familiar with the language without having to sit down and read through the cards.

If you purchased the Complete Say This, Not That Collection, your collection may include all seven parenting categories:

Depending on the specific offer you purchased, your order may also include additional resources or bonuses.

Because WiseParent offers and bundles can change over time, the confirmation or receipt from your purchase is the best record of the exact extras included with your order.

Scripts-Only Collection

If you purchased a scripts-only collection, your purchase includes the Say This, Not That script decks specified in that offer without the additional audio, masterclass, or other bonus materials that may be included with a different collection.

WiseParent.AI

WiseParent.AI is a separate product from Say This, Not That.

Purchasing WiseParent Cards does not automatically include WiseParent.AI, and purchasing WiseParent.AI does not automatically include the Say This, Not That collections.

The exception is when the offer you purchased specifically states that both are included as part of a bundle or special offer.

I Purchased More Than One Product

If you made multiple WiseParent purchases, you may have access to several products or collections.

Different products may also use different access locations, so not everything will necessarily appear in the same account or dashboard.

How Do I Check Exactly What I Bought?

Check the email address you used at checkout and look for your:

  • WiseParent order confirmation

  • Purchase receipt

  • Access email

Your confirmation should show the product or offer you purchased.

You can also sign in to the relevant WiseParent access area to see the products currently available to your account.
