How to Delete Your WiseParent.AI Account or Data

If you no longer want WiseParent to keep your account or information, you can request deletion.

The easiest option: delete from inside WiseParent

Where deletion controls are available inside the product, use them to remove your account or associated information directly.

This is usually the quickest option because you’re already signed into the account you want to remove.

NOTE FOR YOU BEFORE PUBLISHING: I know you confirmed that deletion is available inside the app, but I do not have the exact current menu path. If you tell me where the user taps, I’d add the precise 2–3 step instructions here.

If you can’t access your account

Open the WiseParent Support Assistant and choose the privacy/account option.

Tell us:

  • The email associated with your account

  • Whether you want your entire account deleted or are asking about particular information

For privacy and security, you may be asked to verify that you own the account before a deletion request is completed.

What if I only want certain information removed?

You don’t necessarily need to ask for complete account deletion if your concern relates to particular information.

For example, you may have a question about information associated with:

  • A child profile

  • Mood Tracker

  • Chat history

  • Uploaded content

  • Other WiseParent.AI features

Explain what you are trying to remove, and the appropriate deletion option can be identified.

Before deleting your account

Account or data deletion may affect your ability to access:

  • Your WiseParent.AI account

  • Saved information

  • Personalization

  • Previous activity

Do not delete your account unless you intend to remove that information.

NOTE FOR YOU: I would verify exactly what happens to paid/lifetime access after account deletion before publishing that last section. Your current source pack does not define that operational consequence clearly enough for me to state it as fact.

Never send us

  • Your password

  • Verification codes

  • Full payment-card information

  • Extra sensitive information that isn’t required to identify your account
