I Was Charged Twice or Don’t Recognize a Charge

Seeing an unexpected charge can be worrying, but it doesn’t always mean you were charged twice.

WiseParent products can sometimes be purchased as separate transactions.

For example, someone might purchase:

  • Say This, Not That: Behavior & Discipline

  • Additional Say This, Not That decks

  • The Complete Say This, Not That Collection

  • WiseParent.AI

So the first thing to establish is whether the charges are for the same purchase or different products.

If two charges look identical

Compare:

  • The amount

  • Transaction date

  • Purchase email

  • Receipt or order number

If the same product appears to have been charged twice, open the WiseParent Support Assistant and choose the billing option.

Provide:

  • Your purchase email

  • The two amounts

  • The transaction dates

  • Order numbers if available

That gives us what we need to investigate without asking you to send sensitive payment information.

If you recognize WiseParent but don’t recognize the amount

Check your purchase emails first.

You may have made more than one WiseParent purchase during the same checkout journey.

If you’re still unsure, the Support Assistant can help you identify what information is needed to match the charge to a purchase.

If you don’t recognize WiseParent at all

Treat that differently.

Do not send us your complete card number.

Use the Support Assistant to report the charge and provide only the non-sensitive transaction details requested.

If you believe your payment method may have been used without your permission, you should also contact your card issuer or payment provider promptly.

Never send us

  • Your full card number

  • CVV/security code

  • Online banking password

  • One-time authentication codes

We should never need those details to help identify a WiseParent transaction.
