I Can’t Log In or a WiseParent.AI Feature Isn’t Working
Most WiseParent.AI access problems fall into one of two categories: you can’t get into your account, or you’re signed in but a particular feature isn’t behaving as expected.
Here’s the quickest way to narrow it down.
If you can’t log in
1. Check the email address you’re using
Make sure you’re signing in with the same email connected to your WiseParent.AI account or purchase.
If you have more than one email address, it’s worth checking which one you originally used.
2. Try resetting your password
If you see a Forgot Password or Reset Password option, use it to request a new login link or password.
Then check:
Your main inbox
Spam or junk
Promotions or other filtered folders
3. Close and reopen WiseParent.AI
Sometimes a fresh session is all that’s needed.
If you’re accessing WiseParent.AI through a browser, you can also try refreshing the page or opening it in another browser.
If you can log in but a feature isn’t working
First, check whether the problem affects:
Only one feature, such as Mood Tracker, Homework Tutor or DrawDecoder
or
Your entire WiseParent.AI account
That distinction helps us find the issue much faster.
Try:
Close and reopen the feature.
Refresh or restart the page/app.
Check that your internet connection is stable.
Try the action once more.
If you’re uploading a photo, drawing or homework image, make sure the upload has finished before leaving the screen.
If the problem continues
Open the WiseParent Support Assistant and tell us:
The email connected to your account
Which WiseParent.AI feature you’re using
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
Any error message you see
Your device or browser, if relevant
A screenshot is often the fastest way to show us what’s happening.
